JOHN LESLIE TRUXELL

Born on November 21, 1952, John passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the age of 71 in Bundie, Louisiana after a long struggle with COPD.  He was predeceased by his parents, Leslie & Carolyn Millerd Truxell.  Surviving are his wife of almost 48 years, Faith; daughters Margaret, Ethel, and Mary (Raymond Hughson), and son, John (Hillary) Truxell, along with grandchildren Caroline Rodgers, Julie and Rachel Hughson, and Thaddeus "Teddy" Truxell, and numerous cousins.

There will be calling hours held Friday, June 21st at 3:00pm at Breesport Baptist Church, with a memorial service to follow at 4:00pm.
