Donna Lee "MeMe" Cernohorsky Pine City - Donna Lee "MeMe" Cernohorsky, 74, of Pine City, NY passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 17, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Donna graduated from Elmira Free Academy in 1963. She was a very hard worker with the biggest heart in the world. The greatest joy in her life was being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking every night for her family and friends. She was the life of the party. Donna will be forever remembered by her loving husband of 54 years, Ron Cernohorsky and their two children, Ronald Cernohorsky and Brande Cernohorsky Golden; grandson, Torell Cernohorsky; two great grandchildren, Jahmin and Jay'Ceann Cernohorsky. Donna will be fondly remembered by her siblings, Beverly (Larry) Smith, Richard and Ron (Sharon) Maurey along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Donna was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Margaret Maurey; grandson, JJ Cernohorsky; and brother, Harry "Buzz" Maurey. Donations may be made in Donna's name to a charity of one's choice. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 12 PM to 2 PM with a memorial service to follow at 2 PM.
