Age 70, of Elmira Heights, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at home with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 5, 1944 in Elmira, NY to the late John and Louise (Hodge) Merrill. Beverly was predeceased by her brother, John Merrill and sister, Jane McMinds. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Chris Woodruff) Sullivan of Corning; granddaughter, Briana Sullivan of Corning; sister, Nancy Doyle of Horseheads; along with several nieces, nephews and close friends. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, January 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. A memorial service for Beverly will follow there at 4 p.m. with Rev. David Sullivan officiating.
