Daniel Brauer died in his home on March 22, 2017. He was 64 years old. Daniel John Brauer was born on August 1, 1952 in Denver, CO. His parents were Otto and Helen (McNamera) Brauer. Daniel was raised in Englewood, CO and graduated from Englewood High School then went on to receive his Masters of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Daniel was married to Cindy Reiter in Billings, Montana from September 13, 1980 to 1986, then married Dianne Webb on November 4, 1996 in Denver, CO. Daniel moved to Lakewood, CO in 1997 then moved to Peaceful Valley in 2015. He was President of Future Engineering Technology Group from 1997 to present, he was also Pastor of Legacy Christian Life at Peaceful Valley Resort Lyons, CO, where he was also the owner. Daniel’s Hobbies included teaching Bible study, engineering and inventing, travel and outdoor activities. Daniel is survived by his wife Dianne, son Chase Brauer, step son Sam Sharp, step daughters Amanda Archibald, Rachel Burgess and Elizabeth Okawachi. Sister Connie Ferns and grandchildren Grayson and Lauryn Sharp, Corbyn and Tyler Fillweber, Aysha Gallegos & Micah Berlin.
