Cindy Drusilla (Metcalf) Whitesides

Cindy Drusilla Whitesides, 50, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away Thursday, February 5, 2009. A native of Buncombe County, N.C., she was a daughter of Rev. Ben and Doris McClure Metcalf of Lancaster. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Cindy will be remembered by family and friends as a loving and compassionate person. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Connie Grooms, Tina Watts and her husband Charles all of Lancaster; and a wonderful niece, Marlena Dyer. A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date. In Cindy’s memory, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
