Roy Andrew Lucas, 47, 729 W. Ninth St., died Monday, July 28, 2003, at Beverly Healthcare-Erie.

He was born May 22, 1956, in Erie, son of the late Marlo and Nancy Ngff Lucas.

He was self-employed as a computer programmer and designed software for various companies.

A Strong Vincent High School graduate, he studied electrical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
