Mark W. Kinsey, 43, of Myrtle Street, Erie, died Saturday, Jan. 16, 1999, at Beverly Health Care. He was born in Erie Dec. 30, 1955, son of Christine Kinsey Dishinger and the late Dr. William Kinsey. He was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School, class of 1973 [Ed. note: s/be 1974], and a member of Elmwood Avenue Presbyterian Church. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Kinsey. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his stepfather, Norbert Dishinger; a sister, Ginger Manna and her husband, Jack, of Reno, Nev.; and two brothers, James Kinsey of Fall City, Wash., and Thomas Kinsey of Shady Cove, Ore.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 602 W. 10th St., today from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend funeral services there Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., with Rev. Harry Johns III officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Hill cemetery.
