Julie Ann Campbell (D'Onofrio)

Julie Ann Campbell D'Onofrio, 53, succumbed to a proud and brave fight with pancreatic cancer on Monday, August 29, 2011. She died at home and was surrounded by her loving family. Julie was born on November 10, 1957, the third of four children and youngest daughter of Mary Jane Ressler Vujasinovich and Carl M. Campbell, both deceased. She was a 1975 graduate of Strong Vincent High School. Julie worked in a variety of jobs throughout her life, and always enjoyed work that involved talking to and spending time with other people. She was outgoing with a good sense of humor and had many friends. Julie also spent lots of time with her family, enjoying most the time she spent with her two grandsons. She enjoyed music, reading, word puzzles, the Game Show Network and her cat, Cyrus. Julie is survived by her companion of almost ten years, Michael Hulick. Also surviving are Julie's stepfather, Peter Vujasinovich, her son, Aaron Moses (Faith) D'Onofrio, three siblings; Cheri Campbell-Godfrey (Howard), Bonnie Campbell-Rispin (Scott) and Gary Campbell (Tessa) as well as her seven nephews; Derek, Kyle, Mark, Bryan, Brandon, Mason, Kaiden, and two grandsons, Damon and Hayden Moses. Julie was also looking forward to the arrival of her third grandson, Peyton Julian, due in early November 2011. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 7 p.m. on Thursday evening, September 1st, in the chapel at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26 Street, Erie, Pa. At Julie's request, interment will be private.
