Frank P. Paparelli, Jr., age 54, of Erie, died Thursday, March 17, 2011, at his home after an extended illness. He was born August 6, 1956, in Erie, a son of Delila M. McCumber Paparelli of Erie and the late Frank P. Paparelli, Sr. He was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School and Penn State Behrend. He had worked at Plastek and taught at Erie County Votech. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, camping and drawing. He was a very spiritual person. He is survived by his daughter, Eliza Rae Paparelli of Erie; two brothers, Patrick Paparelli and his good friend Michael Meagher of Atlanta, Ga., and Anthony Paparelli and his wife Kelley of Erie; and two sisters, Christine M. Paparelli of Erie and JoAnn Paparelli of Atlanta, Ga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends. Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and may attend a service there on Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Erie Cemetery.
