I ran track at Ferris State and got a B.S in criminal jusice and a minor in forensic science, began working as a Police Officer and Private Investigator while completing a B.S in biology and chemistry. After that began my Masters degree in forensic science while working on a method for lifting bloody impressions in conjunction with the Michigan State Police, of which I hold the patent. This research technology was awarded funding by the National Institute of Justice. My husband, Mike is a Michigan State Trooper and Staff Sgt in the Marine Corps Reserves.
