Thanks for posting about Bill's passing Pat.  I don't remember which reunion I was back in EVanston for, but I stopped at Bills for a hot dog.  I told my server about coming there in high school and the owner's name was Bill.  The guy said Bill was his uncile and he was fiddling around in the back of the restaurant.
