James Dennis Marshall, 43, passed unexpectedly Oct. 20, 2013. 
James was a native of Louisville, and a 1989 graduate of North High School in Evansville, Indiana, and employed by Rudd Equipment Co. 1994-2013.
Surviving are his parents, Thomas R. Marshall and Nancy L. Frankenberger Marshall; brother, Thomas R. Marshall Jr.; neice. Kassandra Lee Marshall; nephew. Dylan Thomas Marshall; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins
A memorial gathering will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Pearson Funeral Home 149 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville.
