Roxanne VanBibber-Wagner, 67, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 22, 2024 after a courageous and accepting battle with pancreatic cancer. As family, friends, doctors, and nurses can attest, she squeezed every possible ounce of giving and enjoyment out of life during her battle, and always managed to produce kind words and a smile for everyone.
Roxanne was born in Evansville, Indiana on May 22, 1956 to the late George and Mary (French) VanBibber. Roxanne attended St. Joseph Elementary School, Rex Mundi High School, and was a 1974 graduate of Central High School. She worked at Citizens National Bank (Fifth Third) for 38 years and then later worked for Tri-State Orthopedics for nine years. Roxanne was an active member of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals).
