After high school, I spent several months traveling the country in search of a good hair stylist. Regretfully, I have never found another.
My travels have taken me to several wonderful places. After contemplating many areas to call home, I ended up in the sunny state of Washington. I quickly found several folks that were also interested in my passions--basket weaving and pottery. Although we had some good times, these were very short lived hobbies.
The next week, I headed the only direction I could---EAST. Who would have ever thought there would not be any work in Billings, Montana. The only job to be found was at the local theater. Can you imagine...as shy as I am??? I only stayed in Billings long enough to earn the $$ to make it back to Lawson, Missouri.
While driving through the wonderful state of Missouri, I found the love of my life. I don't know what I would have done had I not driven by that parking "hitch" lot. She keeps our family going.
To this day, she continues to work 3 jobs, while I stay home with our growing family. Although it's hard to keep up with 6 kids at times, I don't let it get me down. I continue to live out my dream of earning millions while metal detecting in the flats of Mosby. Although, this endeavor has not yet paid off, I still keep up hope.
