Yvette Liufau - Class Of 1990 VIEW PROFILE

From: Tofaaga Salatielu-Unutoa

Yvette Liufau was a very good friend of mine in HS. She was from the village of Aua and was married immediately to her boyfriend after high school. We parted ways after high school until a year late after listening to the local evening news that she was murdered by her husband in Hawaii. That was the last I heard of my dear friend.

She graduated with the Class of 1990.

She was an intelligent lady and was humble in every sense of the word. I have missed her since and I am certain that she is in a better place. I love you dear friend and I shall see you soon!!

You were my rock remaining solid when my life started to crumble;
You had your hand out everytime I would fall and take a tumble;
You were my light that guided me thru a time of darkness and despair;
Your act of kindness still rings today for the friendship we had shared;
If not for you, my blessings now would be sung what might have been;
Thank you sis for changing my life which put me on a path to win.

Yvette, May our Heavenly Father keep you close till we meet again. Thank you for being there during my time of need in school when there was no end in sight. You gave me that light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for being the mouth piece I needed back then to get where I am today. I'm sad to know this about you right now but am glad youre in a place of peace. Love you.
