Deep condolences to the Canger family and friends. Madelynne was a huge example of courage and tenacity. In our teen years she was fierce and a force to be reckoned with. She will be missed and is at peace at last.
I was very saddened to learn of Madelynne's passing last year. I'm quite sure I sent a messaage at the time, but I didn't see it on these postings. Mad was my twin sister - born on the same day and I think in the same hospital (St. Joes). Of course, the fact that we had different parents and were different in so many other ways may raise a question in the minds of others about our "twinship." I still remember seeing and enjoying her joy and energy at our 50th, as well as her response to my trumpeting. I think of others who have passed on in recent years, but she was special to me. We exchanged birthday greetings over the past many years. Her dramatic comeback from serious health challenges gives courage and hope to me and others about navigating the challenges of this season of life. Her confidence and faith not only stayed strong, they grew stronger. See you again, someday, Mad. Blesings and love to you. - Brother Bruce
