I am very saddened to hear of Val's passing. He and I were good friends throughout HS and into college. My sincere sympathies are extended to his family.
I did not realize that Val had died - sorry to hear that. He and his younger sister were good friends of my brother and me and I heard that she had died of an accident a number of years ago. He was a good person and will be missed. My condolences to his family in their loss.
