Harriet "Bubbe" (nee Rosenblum), age 72, of Wayne, formerly of Paterson and Fair Lawn, passed away peacefully on Friday night, April 29, 2016 surrounded by her loving family after a long illness. Devoted and beloved mother of Michael Garber and his wife Tracy and Nikki Lerner and her husband Jason. Proud and cherished grandmother of Ryan, Justin, Dylan, Riley and Paige. Dear sister of Estelle Schwartz.
A private service and entombment will be held today. Memorial donations in memory of Harriet "Bubbe" Garber may be made to: Avon Walk for the cure - newyork@AVON39.org - 646-518-0966. Arrangements are by Louis Suburban Chapel, Fair Lawn, NJ.

Well, I grew up with this girl Harriet Rosenbloom during my teenager years. So we have roots....memories I hold dear.
So here's to you ...you sassy, vibrant, caring being....may you be well cared for whereever you are.
Always comforting to know you were on this earthly plaine . I will now need to adjust.

Har was my BFF since we were 13 when she moved to Fair Lawn.We kept in touch and visited through out the years.She suffered over the past year in her second bout with cancer.So rest in peace--your memories are with me always--with much love to a great friend--Gail Marantz
