Good Morning one and all.....Oh my was it ever a beautiful day in F-Town yesterday.....Today is suppose to be the same.....70's, sunny, and wonderful....What more could I want...:)

We had a great time on the forum last night....Several classmates joined together to have some talk time and boy did we discuss some great things....LOL....Wish more of you would join in on the fun....The more the merrier and it is a good stress reliever as well...Never a dull moment....Please join us...We would love to have every classmate....:)

Cindy Pfingsten (Judd) Well it is definitely that time of the year...earlier today we weighed and branded some fall calves...now I just called in a controlled burn....so we are getting ready to torch a few pastures at Judd Ranch! Terry if you are flying over head west of P-Town...that is probably us!

Good Morning classmates....Well we had another beautiful day yesterday....Sure does wonders for a persons attitude....Today it is suppose to be 60, but windy...We could see a shower go through also...Possibly some showers this weekend as well....

Well the farming has officially began....Jerry and Tyler got machinery ready to go yesterday and did some field work...Jerry has already left this morning and Tyler will leave in about an hour to go work the land....It is nice to be able to get outside and do some new things...Tyler is pretty excited because of course this is way better than going to classes and homework...LOL

First of all, GOOD MORNING SARGE.....Hope your cornbeef and cabbage treated you alright yesterday...LOL...Have a good day....

Terry...Happy flying to the west...I'm sure you will be seeing lots of grass fires today! The pecan trees, here at Judd Ranch, are not in the native prairie grass areas...so they are protected! They are closer to the creek beds and amongest the cool season grasses...at this point, this grass is green by now!

Sweetie....the season has begun, hasn't it???

My days are being filled with phone calls about trucking yet...we still have a number of bulls here! Getting vaccine ordered...we will be running ALL the JRI herd through the chute for preg checking fall cows and pre- breeding vaccinations on the spring cows, in the next few weeks. Taking weights on the fall calves...Then helping with burning pastures...they let me have my own lighter, and 4-wheeler last night! The sky was lit up from the fire last night.....it was beautiful!!

John Ayers My mother emailed me. She thinks they are looking for blood doners for Nancy. I can't give blood for a year because of the deployment. Just thought I would see if anyone else has heard anything.
