Cindy Georgi (Rosener) No Sweet Pea....Just use cell phones....Before cell phones it was a little tricky....But have always had some sort of system....I'm thankful for the cell phones though...

Cindy Georgi (Rosener) I know Lisa told her Dad they should get radios....I think that have went in one ear and out the other cuz I haven't heard anymore about it.....Maybe it is because it wasn't his idea...LOL

Cindy Pfingsten (Judd) WE have had the radios for a little over 10 years...before that I did a lot of driving a round the randh to get answers....so much better today!

Terry Messing Ladies.. I hate to be old fashion.. but I and the CEO use hand signals.. here.. just thought u might want to know another option.. we have only one signal however.. :)

Cindy Georgi (Rosener) Nippler....That is funny...I use the same hand signal too....But actually before the cell phones and the guys would be in tractors, trucks, etc they did use a lot of hand signals...Jerry and his brother know exactly what the other one is saying....Then came the kids and they are going what the hell is he wanting me to do....I don't understand his language....
