Good Morning all....It was a great day in F-Town yesterday....A lot breezy, but I guess I'm getting used to it....No wind yet this morn, sunny andI believe temps in the 60-70's....Talk of temps in the 80's later in the week....Oh won't that be nice...We will probably have 40 mph winds with that.....

Well we are busy, busy, busy around here at the Rosener farms....Lisa is coming home for a few days to help her Dad out on the tractor....He informed me last night that he will be getting up somewhat earlier and leaving earlier and she will be working late....Okay, so I said to Big Jer....It sounds as though you will be running shifts???( I think he didn't want to say the word because he knows I hate shifts)He gave me his loving smile and kept eating......UGH...It gets crazy for me when we have shifts around here...I have people coming and going at all times of the day and night....I get up and make lunches for all involved and then the supper group comes in at different times....The shift work is good for them, but they don't realize I don't have anybody to have a shift with and so I do all shifts on this end....Oh it gives me something to complain about...LOL....If I didn't love my job I would have left a long time ago.....:)

Something exciting in F-Town...They have added two new stop signs at the corner of 7th and E Street....By Caseys....We had this a few years ago...They had more accidents by having 4 stop signs then just two then...I guess they think we should try it again....We have more stop signs in this town...It is getting kind of crazy....Especially down town....Just thought I would let you know about your hometown improvements....LOL

Well guys I have got to get the kitchen cleaned up again...Get laundry going....Figure something out for meals and lunches...Do some clenaing and cooking....And run errands again....I'm sure I will be getting a phone call of things to do also....A man can do a lot of thinking while sitting on a tractor....Sometimes to much thinking...LOL

Cindy Gr...Good Luck girlfriend...it is still too wet here to do any field work or planting....Just remember...the seasons change....spring turns into summer....there will be a new day!

We are about to finish up on the cow work...7 more head to go, out of nearly 900 head that we have put through the chute in the past 3 weeks. The guys are into spring breeding and the sun is drying things out...so once we get into the field...it will be like the Rosener household...we won't turn off the tractor until the planting is done or we get rained out again!!

Good morning to you all.....It is going to be another beautiful day in F-Town.....The farm work is going full throttle ahead....I felt like I was coming and going yesterday....I may have even met myself a couple of times....So far all is going well..:)

I ran some errands yesterday afternoon....This week is Spring clean up week in F-Town....If you have any junk(and I mean any other than cars)you can but it by the curb side and the city will pick it up and dispose of it for no charge....Well you should see this town....It looks like a total junk yard....Of course the people that should get rid of their junk, do not have a thing by the curbside, but their porch is full of junk.....UGH...There are people driving around and picking up other peoples junk....People with pickups and trailers just cruising the streets....Yesterday I seen a mini van loading up a refrigerator and a hot water heater in the back of the van....WTH...It was the craziest thing I've seen....Well hopefully by next week the town will be all cleaned up....:)

Nippler....You were out and about pretty darn late last night....Hope Bubs practice went well for him...I'm a little worried about Roe also...Don't suppose the burrito issue made him explode do you????? Hope you have a good day.....Looks like it would be a good day for flying..(not sure what the wind is going to be though)....HUGSSSSSS

Sweet Pea....Thanks for giving me the love and support on the whole farming operation here....I guess that is one thing I do love about farming....There are never two days alike....Each day is totally different from the rest.....Man we need to get together for some choc. milks......Love you....HUGSSSSS

It has been the most gorgeous day today.....No wind, sunny, and temps around 80......

The dinner is in the oven..(I know it was stupid to have a oven meal, will heat up house)....Should be grilling...It is easier to have something made that I can keep warm for the shifts when they start coming in....

Big Jer just advised me that an earlier departure is in store for him tomorrow....That means an earlier wake up call for me.....I'm hanging in there pretty good, but tomorrow it will start catching up with me I'm sure..

I hope some of you got to enjoy some of the day at least.....I will TRY to check in later......

Oh, I miss you all so much.......

Folks went to TX last weekend and it rained all the time I was there. Had a great drive back with my son. It is going to be great to have his little family back in Nebraska.

Does anyone have information on Nancy.

Roe I wish I could have stop in and visited you, but it was not in the cards.

I try to get on here when I can, but I've been a busy boy.

Sarge I'm waiting on that call. Anyone that needs a night out in Lincoln give me a call and we will make it happen.

Good Morning classmates.....So far this morning again no wind....That can always change within seconds....LOL...I haven't really took the time to watch the latest forecast....I'm sure Big Jer is right on top of that, but he is long gone already...I know they were talking rain possibly for the weekend...I think maybe in the 80's today.....:)

John....I wish we could meet up on this forum sometime...When is it your son and family are moving to good old Nebraska???? Just seen the latest forcast....The highs today are suppose to be around 88.....The same temp tomorrow with winds picking up.....Chances of rain Sat. and Sun. and in the 70's.....I should have been a weatherwoman.....LOL

Wow!!! The sun is shining...again, Thank God!! We just caught another shower this morning! It makes it difficult to get into the fields with rain every other day! Plus, it makes for grumpy men (my hubby and sons)when they realize it is almost the first of May and still no crop in the field! YIKES!!!! STRESS sets in!!!

Sweetie...MY JOB...to keep people happy and to keep the positive vibe going...I'm starting to wear thin on that side of things!! I'm going to need your help....SOON!

Good Morning all....It is Friday and the weekend is officially here.....Man the weeks go by fast.....It sounds as though it is going to be a great day out again today....Then maybe a cool down with chances of rain...Yesterday, I was in and out of the house (a lot)....As I was outside with the sun beating down on me, I couldn't believe that the sun was making me break a sweat....WHEW....We don't need this cold weather directly into hot.....I think it may have gotten up to 88 or so degrees...I will just take what I can get....I guess I really have no choice...LOL

Actually .Sweetie...it is not business as usual...I'm in Denver....we had to bring more bulls out this way, plus Dave has a board meeting...so i am stuck in a hotel...without a car...on this computer!! No, it is nice here...there are a few shops acrross the street...so that will be my enjoyment for the day! It is nice to get a way from all the craziness at the ranch for a couple days!! Dave and I arrived in Denver at 5 AM...so it was a long trip! Love you too...Sweetie!!!

John Ayers Cindy GR My son John is in Nebraska to stay I hope. He will do a residency like thing at UNMC and the hospital at the Air Base for a year. After that he will need to find his first PA job.

I think we have 3 PA's here are Fairbury.....I have a favorite one also....Just always seems to be on top of things....

Good Morning from F-Town.....It is gloomy and windy here today....The high is suppose to be around 60...We had a small thunderstorm go through last night....Pea sized hail and a small shower....I guess it is that time of the year for storms....Storms don't really bother me much, other than I hate close lightening.....We had some friends that lost their house (not to far from us) to a tornado last year....So I know what damage it can do....Hopefully that will not happen.....

Nippler....Are you still up in the skies???? You definately need to be watching the weather....WHEW....Wouldn't want to be up in the skies during a storm....Kind of scarey....Hope you enjoy your weekend....HUGSSSSS

All is going pretty good. Beth is doing OK. Says she is finally going to get the DD's she has always wanted. Never to late I guess.
Mom doin well, still bosses me like it was 1978 yet.

Hello classmates......Made a fast trip to Lincoln this morn, so didn't have time to get on the puter....It has been cloudy breezy and chilly today...Lincoln had some showers as well.....Okay you Lincolnites I can't be doing your weather forecasts for you too....Get on here and tell the people what is going on with you and your surroundings.....WHEW....I feel better now......:)
