Good morning everyone. Happy Friday. It is a beautiful day up here in Lincoln. Cindy couldn't have asked for beter weather to move her son. She might need a sweat rag.

Hey Bill sorry I missed you, I have been busy training and have to hold hands when I do. They just don't want to trust themselves.

Cindy P loved the name for the bull, can't imagine how hard it is to come up with so many names over the years. I hope you have a good week of weather so you can catch up a little.

Terry, what's with the Merry Christmas stuff, I must have missed something. lol

Matt-Little Buddy hows the garden growing.

Lori thanks so much for keeping us updated in regards to Nancy. It saddens me for everytthing that Nancy has had to endure. She and her family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Everyone have a great day and weekend. HUGS!!!!

Okay I am doing this from work and I shouldn't be but Nancy's family wanted all the classmates to know when the services are. They are as follows:

Funeral Services are Monday, May 11th, 2009
at 2:30 pm at the Bethany Lutheran Church
in Ruskin NE. There will be no viewing as per
Nancy's request to be cremated.

Our class has lost a truly wonderful classmate and friend.

Happy Mothers Day to all the Mothers, and Happy Mothers Day to the Husbands that are trying so desperately to make it Happy.
So sorry to get on the site and see the passing of a Dear Friend, Nancy. I will always remember Nancy by Her ear to ear smile whenever I saw Her in Deshler, or Ruskin, or anywhere for that matter. The smile came before we were even close enough to say Hello.
The passing of anyone at any age is to soon. With life you need to, Respect it, live it, and love it.
Nancy's Family and all that Mourn Her loss are in the Sell's Thoughts and prayers.

It has been a real crazy weekend...We got Tyler moved on Friday...We were in Lincoln around 8 and didn't get home till about 7 or so.....Long day...I cleaned 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and helped move boxes....Man what one person can accumulate in one year....Of course he has most of the furniture between his roommate and him....WHEW...Was just a tad bit sore on Saturday, but we had some catch up work to do on the farm, plus tons of mowing also...So that is what we did on Saturday...Sunday..Tyler moved some more of his things back and some more things he didn't need...Back to moving boxes...UGH...Where am I to go with all these things....Lisa came come around 6:30 last night, so The wonderful mother that I am, LOL, I fried some chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy for the supper meal....This morning I got up and just looked at my house....It is a total disaster, where is the cleaning fairy when I need her???? Hopefully one of these days I will be able to clean again...When????....Good question.....

Sweet Pea....Is it still raining for you???? Our wheat is starting to head out in Kansas...It is pretty dry here and we could use some of your moisture...Send it our way....Have a goo day....Love you...HUGSSSSS

I hope you all start your week off with a bang.....Have a great day....

The love of our family and friends flows strong and deep, leaving us memories to treasure and keep.......

Good Morning All

Cindy G/R.. I just cannot hold back any longer.. You are back to cleaning the kitchen etc.. Did you let Big Jer sleep in just a little bit longer?? LOL

You are dry?? Oh my.. we have toad stools growing everywhere due to all the moisture.. I would like to send you up some of our moisture..
I had to plant my tomatoes in the mud.. Don't want my Little Buddies garden to get ahead of mine..:)

Where has Little Buddy been??

Capt Bill.. nice to see you on the site.. How is the cookbook progressing? If it is finished how can we get one?

All take care..

05/11/09 12:00 PM #5060

William "Bill" Sell

Hello Terry,
Cook Book has been on hold for awhile, but if ya ever want an idea on a different recipe for something let me know. I'am sure we have it.
We could use some of the rain you guy's are gettin. Had Kenny Duensing here this weekend and took a trip to Lake Mead. Man is that a sad site. The Lake is down over 100 ft., which doesn't sound like much. But you take the total shore miles less 100ft. that is a shit load of water.
Been in the high 90's last week sounds like the same crap this week to.Oh well, it is the Mojave..
Hows Pop's Doing???, rest of the family?.

05/12/09 09:00 AM #5061

Cindy Georgi (Rosener)

Good morning to you all, classmates.....It is cloudy here this morning and talking chances of rain...Hopefully we can get some this time around...

Yesterday was a beautiful day.....John, Matt, and myself went to Ruskin and attended Nancy's funeral....You were all there with us to celebrate her life.....It was a beautiful service as Nancy had picked out the scriptures and songs to make this day special....She did a wonderful job because every hymn and reading reminded me of her.....She had many family and friends that came to the service, which showed that she was loved and will be missed by many people......

Fuzzy was there also, but didn't get the chance to talk with her....

I don't think Matt will be seen with me again....I just can't do anything right....But I made a memory that he will probably never forget....LOL

These two guys are something else....Oh, by the way thanks guys for the hugs....They felt great....I needed that....

Nippler....Little Buddy brought me a baggie with some maters in it....They are not fully ripe, but I will put them out in the sun to get a tan....Do you have maters yet??? How is your radish??????

I will talk with you all later....

If Matt or John talk about the filth in my house...I will let you know if they are telling the truth or not...

Have a great day all.....

The gift of friendship is a wonderous thing with the joys and happiness good friends bring.....

Doug "Sarge" Klaumann

Folks thank you for attending Nancy's funeral. I wish I could have been there, but work prevented it. Trust me, traveling to Beaver City, NE was not a lot of fun!

I too will miss Nancy's smiling face and kindness. As Bill stated, no matter when you seen her, she ALWAYS gave you a smile. What a warm and kind person.

It makes me good to know that Nancy is watching over us as is Doug and Mike. They have provided and will continue to provide direction for the Class of 78!

God Bless you all!

Thanks Roe for sharing....

Yesterday was a tough day for this guy.....bitter and sweet.....Bitter because we where saying goodbye to a friend and sweet because I had a couple of friends with me....the day was made much better by them.....Thank you to both of you.

Everyone has pretty much hit nancy spot on with the smile.....The day I was able to visit her in the hospital...there was that smile...I know that she was hurting....but the smile was still there. I believe that because of her faith that she was able to battle as long and courageous as she did. Her smile is something that we all can hold onto.

Last but not least....Cindy GR.....doesn't have a spec of dirt in her house...I checked everywhere I could, including the bathroom....zip....zero...none....That girl is a cleanin machine......
