Good Morning all...Its off to another work week....How fast the weekends go...WHEW...It is suppose to get up to around 85 today....Little breezy this morning, but the sun is really bright....

We are getting close to being done with the planting....If we could just have some of Cindy P/J rain to get these plants up...UGH...Pretty dry on our farms...I had a pleasant surprise Friday....I ran into Lori Fuss Schenk....She is such a nice person...Had a nice chat with her...It was good to talk with a classmates sibling...She comes on our sight once in awhile and tries to catch up with everybody...Plus she uses some of my sayings for her class room...I knew I was good for something....LOL

John...Glad to see the play set is almost finished...Perfect timing for a fun summer for your grand daughter...:)...She will have a blast on it thanks to you and Tami...Please don't let Little Buddy come over and play....I'm afraid he will get hurt....You know him he is kind of a dare devil....LOL...Have a great week and I hope the Dr. signs on hte line.....Hugssss

Nippler....I wish just one time you would try to stay out of trouble...LOL...It happens everytime you open your mouth...You bad boy...Hope the mater sales were up last weekend....Have a great day...Hugssss

Hello Mates,
Cindy G/R, sounds like its goin to warm up abit. Hang in there the rain will be coming soon. Hopefully. You do have to admit the weather now is better than the bone chillin winds.
Just to let you guy's know, even us Las Vegans grow gardens. We have 1 Mater plant on our back Patio. Needless to say, the garden is beautiful and easy to maintain. We even have 4 Maters on it..SWEEEET!!!! Have to water the piss out of it, been over a 100 last couple days. Chillin to mid 90's rest of week.
Cindy P/J, spoil the hell out of the little one. Those B-Days soon enough turn into there parties with there Pals. She sounds like a Cutie..
Terry, Hop in your Jet, fly me some of those Veggies. Your return trip will be full of BUUUUUUUD.(for anyone monitoring this site, the drinking Bud)

Michale, hope all is well on the training of the Newbe.
My shift is finally going to change June 1st.Thank-God.
I will be going in at 3:00a.m. getting off at 11:30a.m.

Hey Bill....I know you are right about them growing up too fast. Our youngest son, Brent...is alot like his father!!!! Anyway, he got Lily a cap gun...with 2000 caps and holster...So it got a little wild here in the house last night...we had cap guns going off and stick horses running around the sofa!! Oh they are so much fun!!!

Alfalfa hay is ready to be chopped...seems like we just did that. I will be driving my 1979 International tomorrow....loaded with green chopped alfalfa....hauling to the pit to unload. Luckily most of the fields are within 5 miles. Another project that needs done while we wait for the fields to dry!! YIKES...I hope I don't sink!

Good Morning everyone.....It was a beautiful day yesterday....In the 80's, except we had to have wind....it is already windy today, so guess I will just put up with it...Talkin of some chances of rain coming...I just keep praying that we will get some to help the corn, beans, and milo to come up and for the wheat to help make a great crop this year.....

Bill...How are you doing buddy????? Jeff Marcy told me to tell you he has been trying to catch up with you to visit, but always misses you....Hopefully sometime you can connect with him...I hope it cools down for you...WHEW...Take care my friend....HUGSSSS

Evening all.......

What John hasn't told you is that the swing set/climbing wall/tree house/slide........you get my point...the thing is huge. No ones spoiled in that house. Good to hear you and the Mrs made it through the construction. Can't wait to try it out....I will bring the helmet with me...just for safety. You know me and my head.

Sweetie....Sounds like You and Big Jer are on the home stretch. The rain will come. I can always come down and do my rain dance....John would probably join me??? This would be the G-rated version.....

Sweetie pea...The birthday party sounds like a blast....I remember my first cap gun....wish I still had it. Remember the caps that came in a red roll...big mess afterwards and alot of smoke??? Mom always made me take it outside. I remember taking the whole roll....when I got older and hitting the whole roll with a hammer.....one huge BANG!!!!!!
Be safe with that truck.....we still need to paint it PINK?????

Terry......Was at your cousins place the other day....Larry the Cable Guy. I will have to fill you in on what his fine maintenance man did now. I think he can use it on one of his shows???

Bill....were flirting with the triple digits...ok...mid 90's....in May??? Its too early for it to be this hot...good for business though. I think you may need to send Terry some of those maters.....

Roe.....I think we need to hit a Royals game my friend....I know its early in the season...but there pitching seems to be on a roll.

Matt..... Are you still here? Thanks for the concern on the truck....about 5 years ago I did catch one on fire and then I did almost roll one...So I will take your advice! Oh...And the truck still as not gotten it's pink paint!

Some things just never change....The cap gun still has the same red roll of caps...and they still smoke and they are a mess afterwards.....unfortunately she has 2000 caps.

After the first day of chopping...I need to relearn the hand signals from my hubby....WHEW....Just glad I didn't get the middle finger!!!

John....Those grandbabies are so fun to spoil!!! Sounds like you got the king sized play center!!! Oh they will have so much fun!!!

Sweetie....We are finally getting sun...I hope you are getting rain...isn't that the way it is suppose to work???

Hi classmates! Glad to see you are all keeping things going here. It gives me a sense of wonder to know I can check in and see how everyone is doing!
Such sad news about our Nancy - I was glad to hear some of you were able to make it to the funeral - I wish we all could have been there.
I'm winding up the year - sort of. I need to spend the next couple of day writing our grant for next year so we can still get funded.
I have just a few days to get ready for Jesse's graduation - another son is graduating from high school - I hate having them go off into the world so independently - I wish we could all be a lot closer, but I've seemed to have raised my children with some strong gypsy blood, they like to wander just as much as I do.
Why do our children have to grow up?
Working on planning a trip to pick up my babies for a few weeks. Hope to be in Fairbury sometime in June - hope to catch up with some of you.
Anywho - wanted to say I missed you guys and hope I can spend more time chatting now that summer is almost here.

Nay...OMG...It is so nice seeing you again...You are one busy girl...WHEW...Hope your graduation party goes smooth for you....:) It is a lot of stress and work to get everything organized...I think sometimes we stress out more than is needed..LOL

Sweet Pea...I will be waiting for the rain...Looks like 4-5 days we have a chance....I'm keeping my fingers crossed and I even took the windex bottle outside and washed off the patio and deck glass top tables...That usually works...You clean them it rains...So thought I would give it a try...

Little Buddy glad to see you on here....Where the hell have you been dude??? I would like to see the rain dance "R" rated....Yellow thongs...LOL
