I met Tony my sophmore year. Happy go lucky guy from a great family. Good friend. Loved cars. I think he had a Pink Packard at one time. But his pride and joy was his Light Green & White 1957 Chevy station wagon. I remember after a high school dance, a fight broke out in the Quad,(outsiders had started a fight) and Tony was in the middle, against 2 others taking care of business. I belive that one of the outsiders had smacked one of the FHS faculty. Took alot to fire him up, but did take care of those he cared for. He helped me get my first car. It was his way of thanking me for working with him on his car over the summer. Miss his smile. Tony was working as a truck driver, hauling produce and when was killed. Not sure of the year, but believe it was late 70's.
