Sandi was my first "official" girlfriend. I was young, cocky and full of myself . . . she had a mess on her hands. Even after moving on to other relationships, we remained friends. She married Bob Glendenning and had a baby. About that time she also found out she had some ailment. Can't remember what it was, but I'm sure it hastened her departure from this realm. Our loss.
