Cyndi asked about Mr. Fawcett - his daughter married the son of a woman I lived next to in Bay Village (probably 5-6 years ago). His name is Chris Prewitt and I can't remember her name. Mr. Fawcett's last residence was on Westwood between Columbia and Cantibury (Westlake). He may very well still be there.
Keep up the postings - good hearing everyone's ideas!

Bruce, Ms. Duffield was TOTALLY out of your league.

I just wanted to say Hi to everyone .I have not lived in Ohio in over 15 years I don't know any good places to have a large get together but have been to Stampers and it seems nice. Paula you did a great job on the website, thanks for all your effort. Hope to see all of you next summer (pray my husband does not get orders to Iraq and maybe he will be there too)

Hey has any one seen the new fairview High school symbol? what happen to the good old warrior? Whats with the shield with a big F on it? My mom called me today to tell me it was on the news but never said what the reason behind the change was. If anyone knows I would love to find out. Thanks

great job on the website paula. it is good to see so many people responding. I think it is better than classmates.com. My dad just had his high school reunion in lakewood and they did a tour of all the new schools- maybe we could have tours of gilles sweet and the high school.

I am helping Michelle plan the reunion, as well as Dawn (Kocon), Katina (Paterakis), and Melissa (Miller). If we go to Stamper's it will be for the Friday night "informal" get-together. We will be meeting next week to make some decisions regarding the event for Saturday night. I have contacted Dave & Busters, the new terrace at Big Met (in the valley), the rooftop patio at the Velvet Dog (which would be super expensive), the Nautica, and the House of Blues. We are considering price, entertainment, etc. on all of these places. If anyone has any other ideas please offer them. On Sunday we will be having a picnic at either Bain or Bohlken park, or a brunch at the Rec center. I have contacted Tim Pinchek to ask for family discounted passes for the weekend at the rec - it truly is an awesome facility. We will check into school tours. Paula - thanks for the great website - it makes our job of communicating much easier!
Take care,
Colleen

That's a lot of work you are putting into this, Col, et al. Thanks for all your efforts. I'm sure wherever you decide to have the reunion will be great because the people make the fun, not the venue.

Hi everyone- Whatever you decide is fine by me. Hilarities is a possibility, too. I hope everyone is doing well and I will see everyone at the reunion. Take care and God Bless.

Hey Debbie-

I didn't know that about the Warrior logo. Interesting. Maybe the school decided it wasn't pc just like the Chief Wahoo controversy.

Hey, all! Just chiming in on the "Where is Mr. Fawcett" question... I believe he's still on Westwood. Bumped into him walking on Westwood between Walter and Columbia. Looks the same, except his hair is completely white. This is a great site! Thanks so much for setting it up--and thanks to Kasha for tracking me down to tell me to post a profile!

Hi All. This is really cool being able to re-connect. Can't wait to see everybody next year!

Paula, thats what I think too. It is just sad to see the old one gone and the new one is just not to my liking I guess. Hey Ken I found a picture of you over the weekend and boy were you young!! I hope Paula wants it for the website.

Paula...this website is a blast! I am addicted. I love seeing the current photos of everyone and all the families.

We are prolific procreators. Alliteration learned from Mr. Fawcett. I must confess that I'm a bit addicted to this web site too. Jim, do you remember the day Mr. Fawcett had a sub, we got into a little trouble and had to write an appology note to the sub? Maybe not. How about strip poker at Evanko's parties? Ah, yes good times, good times.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion. We better make sure we're at a big park for the Sunday picnic. The kids might outnumber us 2/3 to 1.
Keep the pictures comming!

Bob-Post another LL Bean like shot of you, Kathy, and the kids. You guys have the best family pictures. I am thinking of printing them off and putting them in frames around my house.

They put 37 year old bald guys in LL Bean?
Heard you were in town for a bit, sorry we couldn't meet up with you.

I love bald men! It totally works for you.

I'll see you guys in October or early November. Get that milk nice and icy cold for me, I like to be home and in bed by 9.

Heather Cook (Pochatek)

Hello my name is Heather (hi heather) and I am addicted to this frickin website too. I am glad to see so many offspring! Does Fairview have a park big enough? Either way we can't wait to come home! I do miss the lake! Can't wait to see everyone!

Hey Cindy! Is that milk "lite"? :)

Paula - thanks so much for all your work with this website and thanks to all of those planning this epic reunion!!! It is so good to read about everyone and see their pictures. I hope that sometime soon I have enough time to post my own, but maybe I should take Cindy's idea a bit further and copy some of these cute kids and paste into my own page???
Speaking of questionable fashion choices - I do recall wearing sweatpants with writing across the butt. Lovely.
And - the big hair - I am not sure that the guys recognize the time and amount of hairspray this entailed each morning. Late 80's hairstyles = environmental disaster!

Heather Cook (Pochatek)

Oh my god Mary I forgot about our sweatpants!

Anyone know the location of the "Campo Stick"?

09/09/08 11:39 AM #45

Paula Gagliardi (Murphy)

And what about the location of "The Dogger"? Still locked up tight in it's tool box, Brad??

09/09/08 04:49 PM #46

Paula Gagliardi (Murphy)

Sure- they just need to contact me like Mrs. Duffield did. I'll add their name as a Guest Member so they can activate a profile.
