Actually I heard about it some three years ago from one of our classmate of eightfour Ms. Aulair Simms she showed me the obituary section of one of our daily papers. I was so shock and depressed because I spoke to her just before she left for the U.S permanently.
I would like to extend my condolences to her Family and on behalf our eightfour class of "89" and Mr.Roland Smith our form tecaher and the class of "93".
WAS THIS NATHALEE HARE LIVING IN DISCOVERY BAY? I AM NOT SURE IF SHE WAS LIVING THERE PERMANENTLY BUT I REMEMBER WE USE TO TAKE THE BUS TOGETHER SINCE I WAS LIVING IN RIO BUENO.
I just read about Nathalee Hare and I was so shocked to hear of her passing. She was a great person to talk to and she was'nt afraid to tell you what was on her mind. I was always thinking about her and wondering where she was. My deepest condolences to her family.May her soul rest in peace.
My memories of Nathalee stems from Falmouth All Age. I recall the days when Prince Benjamin, Kesia Little, Nadine Mcdonald, Stacey Nelson, Dale Grant, Vaughn Brown, Nathalee and myself, forgive me if some of the names has faded from my memory, we spent every break we had climbing trees and playing in the sea. After school we were afraid to walk around the corner where the white uniform school was (Dennis Tobin) because we were scared of black heart being in the bushes. Anyways we separated once we sat common entrance,Nadine went to Westwood,Dale, Kesia,Prince and I went to William Knibb and we left the others behind. Stacey and Nathalee came the following year, however, we had all grown apart our plays were now hi on the stairways or at lunch breaks. Nathalee was a nice quite fun person to be around, she may not be with us now but my memories of her will remain priceless. Rest In Peace.
Another year has gone by without the voice of my very good friend screaming out my name. Nathalee and I were very good friends ,coming from 7-9th grade .She had this lively spirit about her and was always running. I can vividly remember saying to her on numerous occassions "Nathalee just walk". I miss her dearly and she will always be in my heart. R.I.P
