School Story:
When we were in 7th grade 1995, 7three to be exact, it was fun. I remember when we had CSD(cultural and social development) on fridays, the whole school use to congregate at our class room window. It was like a stage show cause Calvin Jarret, Owaldo Maxwell & Oral Waite were the real deal you couldn't tell the difference its like we were watching Beenieman and Bounty in person. Nadia Small, lenesia Burnard, Kefira Robinson and Carmetta Brown would act out plays and trust mi that too was like the real deal.
Ofcourse we were banned from having CSD because our class room was right below the staffroom and the noise was disturbing them as well as students from other classes would scull their class for the entertainment we were providing.
I remember Mr. Tracey (Music Teacher) use to give a lash for every wrong answer we got on a music test. He used a white cable an wireless phone wire or sometimes a thick board ruler he had. We didn't mind though cause it never hot.
I remember Ms. Fraser (guidance councilor) gave us Proverbs 1 to memories and recite and anyone who didn't know it would get a lick with a thick brown leather belt she had.She gave david a lick one day cause he didn't know all of it and bwoy he got mad and fling away a desk and step out the class.
I learned alot at William knibb and I also had fun there. I wouldn't change a thing that happen during those 5 blessed years.
