You'll always be the tall girl who lived off Westlawn Avenue, where we went to elementary school and your choice and agreement to marry Larry Harris was brilliant. He is such a hero in my mind. Then you followed College with a Music career that will always be remembered here and in heaven. Happy Birthday, Tip. Miss ya'll as our mates began to fall aside now. I'm happily married to Beth LaGrand, who was summa cum laude and went to Wake Forest with me. We live near Winston Salem and do 85% of our living there from Lewisville. We are raising 4 grandchildren (hers) ages 6,7,8, and 12. Enough! I Always remember our past

Tip this is a special year. I want to wish you a Happy Birthday in just a few days now. I find it easy to remember us at Westlawn, and all through school you were the most constant and true person I ever met. I'm glad that you and Larry have made such a great life and family. Who would have guessed when we were at Westlawn Elementary that we would be 75 some day and live so remotely from Fayetteville, the center of our universe back then! I miss seeing and talking with you but hear about Larry through HP Ex Police Chief who has spoken often at Sons of Confederacy/Revolution, here in High Point. Ask Mr Campbell if he can cut his presentations to 50 min or 1 hr. Folks have other duties, kids, etc. School night. We met Monday night from 6-9.
