EASTOVER - Thomas Michael "Tom" "Big Papa" Foltz Sr., 53, of Eastover, died Sunday, July 24, 2011, in his home.

The family will receive friends today, Saturday, July 30, 2011, at 11:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 12:30 p.m., in Fayetteville Christian Church with Senior Minister Tom Cooperider officiating. Burial to be held in Cumberland Memorial Gardens following the service.

Tom was born, May 31, 1958, in Germany, to Merlyn Foltz and the late Liesel Foltz.

He is survived by his son, Thomas M. Foltz Jr. and wife Nicole of Jupiter, Fla.; two daughters, Krystle N. Foltz and Keeley M. Foltz, both of Fayetteville; four brothers, Ronnie, Randy, Terry and Timothy Foltz all of Florida; a sister, Renee Foltz also of Florida; and five grandchildren, Nicholas Mandel, Gatlan Thompson, Jeremy Jones Jr, Brayden and Dylan Foltz.
