Nancy Jean Capps, 64, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

Nancy was preceded in death by her father, James Edison Capps; grandmother, Laura A. Parker-Strickland; and grandfather, William B. Strickland. She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Anne Capps and husband, Drew Berg; son, James Alexander Thaman; mother, Mary Ann Capps and granddaughter, Avianna Alora Hester.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home from 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2022, with Pastor Scott Connor officiating. Burial to follow the service at Lafayette Memorial Park.
