Gregory Allen Kalvik, 57, died unexpectedly at his home in Moorhead.
He was born on April 8, 1947, in Fergus Falls, the son of Oral and Margaret (Marotteck) Kalvik. He graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1965. He attended college at Moorhead State University. He was a salesman for Breezy Point and owned Battle Lake Realty. Later, he loved working with the people in an assisted living center in Moorhead. He had a great sense of humor. He loved golfing and fishing with his brothers, cooking and enjoyed Kalvik family gatherings.
Survivors include his mother, Margaret, of Fergus Falls; one son, John Severson of Alexandria; two brothers, Jeff (Barb) of Minneapolis, and Tom of Fergus Falls; two nieces, Jenny and Jill; and a nephew, Jesse all of Minneapolis.
Visitation: Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Service: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Olson Funeral Home Chapel, Fergus Falls
