Yasmin was one of my best friends my freshman and sophomore years until she moved away. She was always very giving and thoughtful. She invited me to her house many times but I remember on my 16th birthday she invited me over and made a cake and gifts she was so much fun! She was the person who first showed me how to pluck my eyebrows:) changed my life LOL!! She moved back to to Whatcom County our senior year, however, she had been forced to marry and unable to come back to school. I think of her often I don't think people realized how her life was she was forced to live a primitive East Indian lifestle at home and yet went to school with us and we all had so many privallages that we just took for granted. She was torn between living her own life and doing what made her happy or living to make her family happy. Yasmin you are not forgotten I love you very much!!
