Becky --- BTW.....I didn't leave you Saturday night when you blinked for a second. I believe the story was......come on Becky, I'm leaving (repeat that sentence about 50 times). I helped you get your boots on and everything but just could not get you to proceed to the door with me. Richie can back me up on that one; he witnessed the whole thing.

Belinda -- give yourself a little more credit. We didn't leave Tracy's until 3:45!!!!!

Mick, girl, if we end up retrying the big case in which we had our arses handed to us this time last fall - in Kansas City, I'll definitely be getting in touch w/you! The case is on appeal right now - our brief is due in a few weeks. Will keep you posted if we get a re-trial...please say a prayer all. The verdict our client was hit with was the largest in MO history for a nursing home verdict - NOT GOOD, but it was an awful case.

Where is Spicer living now - KC?

Scott does live in town too, he lives pretty close to me. It would be great to all meet up on our side of the state!

Tracy Graff (Patterson) Our trial was/would be set on the KC, MO side, but not sure how far from where you and Scott reside. The trial was in Platte City, Platte County - any idea on distance from there to you?

hey, everyone off to bed? just finished my soak in the tub and thought i'd check in. i'm up for a trip to kc and would definitely have more fun w/you guys versus that flippin 2-week trial again. hard to be gone that long, but i must say it was nice coming 'home' each evening to a clean hotel room, room service. i don't get to travel much w/my job, but sure enjoy it when I do.

shall i get the lights or is there anyone still out there...

Gina, Tracy, Billy - I'm in and out. Just wanted to say that it was my brother Jimmy who we made to steal the pumpkin off of Renee R. porch. He threw it up in the air and it bounced. Funny stuff.

Becky P - I watched a bit of O today. it was pretty touching. Didn't get to see the parents live, just the story. You just keep watching O if you want. You're almost 39....don't let Billy tell you what you can or can't watch.
