Andrea Windsor (Portlock)

Scott - I guess you won't be selling to many cars today huh.. Hope you feel better. What time did you guys leave? Did you drive home last night?

Will see you later today?

11/08/08 12:28 PM #1056

Scott Pacino

we closed it down, and yes I am embarrassed to tell you yes I drove home...

Me and DeDe shook on it that we will have 1 beer an hour in December

I vote for at least three other classmates who feel that we should move away from Darvin's.

The crowd there last night got a little hostile last night...

Scott Pacino

I think I'm finally ok...

Hey all friends who in some way supported billy and this time of grief and loss. i'm proud to be part of a group of people who can pull it together for significant interests. we have become more than we were expected to become. we have become a family of sorts. i'm honored to know you all.
i could only make it to Vinyard's on Friday. Please feel free to inform me how things went Friday nite, Saturday at funeral adn post patty party. i was with you alll in spirit.

11/09/08 02:28 AM #1060

Billy Evans

shari I can answer that for you personally.

All The funeral went spectacular as far as funerals go! It was an awesome turnout, a true tribute to a good woman. My family did really well which is a relief because I dont know how strong I could have been. My cousin did a phenomenal job singing, sang with heart and emotion!! Could not have asked for a better job. Word is I rocked the eulogy. It was tough but got through just fine. Both of us have been requested to perform at funerals, Ill pass unless its someone really close. However, possible business oppurtuninty! The graveside service went just as good. We took turns carrying the urn and people wanted to hold and touch it. You would have thought the Pope was in town!! Prayer was equally outstanding by my in laws aunt. Patsyparty was just as I expected, a great time, not much tears but alot of laughter and drinking. All in all a great time.

Give my props to all tomorrow, Im exhausted!! Been ready to go to bed since 5:00, especially after Friday nights escapades. Thanks for that all!!! Griff sent me a text today: "We did the wake like ur mom would have wanted it." I couldnt agree any more! Great job!!

Night all!! Got the lights!!

Good morning all

Billy - I'm glad all went well, like you said as good as funeral can go. I'm sorry that I couldn't be there but you have been strongly in my thoughts all weekend long.

Scott - It sucks getting old doesn't it? I swear it took me two days to get over the reunion!

Carla - Hey how have you been?

Everyone have a great Sunday!

Tina Politte (Jarvis)

Hey guys, Im sorry Billy that I could not be there
for you and your family this weekend. You know I loved
your mom to death. But she and your family are definately
in our prayers.
Also the weekend you guys are going out in December. Thats Daves birthday or the 6th is anyway. So Scott and
D dont hold that promise to one drink an hour. Maybe I can get Treena to go out that night.

11/09/08 06:43 PM #1064

Scott Pacino

Ok, I think I am 100% from that DAMN FLU....I think taking 10 shots of medicine on Friday night could have caused it...The bathroom even called my name that night...WOW...

Everyone thanks for all your support for Bilman again....What an awesome group we have, even it took a little bit to get back together...

Have a great Monday...

Hey all. It is ok if you could not make any or just some of my mothers funeral!!! Deaths and funerals are never convenient. Some made it to one or both and that was great, but either way the show of support, thoughts prayers and kind words, food, donations where plenty! Please dont feel bad!! My family was very appreciative and impressed with the collective support you all contributed!! It goes without saying that they also appreciate everything everyone did!!! I have been flooded with so many personal emails that I dont think Ill have time to respond to each personally but I will try over the next few days. If I miss you i apologize so let me tell you all THANK YOU FOR BEING BY MY SIDE DURING A DIFFICULT TIME. I WOULD DO THE SAME FOR YOU ALL!!!!

My deepest appreciation,
Billman

Billy Evans

Goodmorning everyone.
Happy Monday.

Hopefully some of you arent still suffering from the deadly flu virus that went around Friday night. Good times.

Rrrraaaalllph I mean Pacino. One beer an hour! Seriously. We will try it out. Its a good "theory".

Nolen I have thought that a change in venue is not a bad idea. You all are to old to be out partying like rockstars!!! Hee hee. Stick with Darvins for 5th because its Big Jugheads bday.

11/10/08 10:40 AM #1067

Scott Pacino

Good Morning Bilman....................

11/10/08 10:40 AM #1068

DeDe Patterson (Wilken)

Good morning all!!! Pacino and I are serious about our arrangements for December 5th, we made a pact. We decided that we are WAY too old for this crazy partying stuff, not to mention we have a pretty long drive to Eureka.

Bill hope you got to get a little rest over the weekend after all of the funeral arrangements, I'm sure you were exhausted.

Have a great day!!!

Quote of the Day

Alcohol may be man's worst enemy, but the bible says love your enemy.

Billy Evans

Pacino Why do you tempt me? Shovel in hand. Replace alcohol with women and you get the same quote!!!

11/10/08 10:57 AM #1071

DeDe Patterson (Wilken)

Billy, why must you fall into the temptations!!!

11/10/08 10:59 AM #1072

Scott Pacino

Sorry I didn't call you back yesterday...Bunch for family outings...

11/10/08 11:02 AM #1073

Scott Pacino

Exactly, WHY MUST YOU FALL IN TO THOSE TEMPTATIONS Bilman...

11/10/08 11:03 AM #1074

Tracy Graff (Patterson)

Don't you just love Frank Sinatra. Good morning all - happy Monday to each of ya.

Enjoyed my time w/my friends this past weekend and I was so proud of us all for hanging in there w/Billman. I know he would do it in a heart beat for anyone of us.

Donald, your shirt is clean...just let me know how/when I can get it back to you. Thanks again for that...I think I'd have had a heat stroke w/all that crazy dancing if I'd have had to leave that turtneck sweater on!

Okay, maybe it's too early to start thinking about yet another gathering after Friday night's debacle, but DeDe and I were talking this AM, and Metal Studs - truly a awesome throwback big-hair 80's band is playing at The Phoenix Saturday night. I think all of you would enjoy the band. I can't even begin to tell you how entertaining they are - they dress the part of a big-hair 80's band to the hilt and they play great stuff. Anyway, DeDe and I will again be hunting widows for the upcoming end of the week and weekend and will likely end up there Saturday night if anyone else is interested - billman, cliff, cohoon, belinda...none of you single people really have an excuse, but we would certainly welcome any of you married individuals and feel free to bring your spouses too - the more the merrier!

Tracy thanks for the chicken and dumplings. They are awesome. Good job. Just a little bit left. Everyone came in and had some. I almost missed out!! Probably count me out for this weekend. Probably camping but well see. Yes camping, not hunting.

Dede I accidently omitted "except for Festus class of 1988 gals".

11/10/08 11:12 AM #1076

Tracy Graff (Patterson)

Bill, do you not realize this weekend is the opening weekend for gun season? I'm thinking you may want to wait a few weeks on that hunting trip buddy! We'd love to have ya w/us sat, but if you decide to go camping instead, wear some bright orange, nothing that even remotely looks like antlers on your head, and have a good time. I'm sure I'll talk to you between now and this weekend but keep me posted if the camping trip is a no-go...would love to have you w/us Sat. Glad you enjoyed the dumplings.

11/10/08 11:15 AM #1077

DeDe Patterson (Wilken)

Billy, camping in November? Why?

11/10/08 11:16 AM #1078

Scott Pacino

That means you can't wear your Beer Hat
