I won't be able to make it on Wednesday either, Thanksgiving is at my house this year so I will be baking pies Wednesday evening. I do plan on being at Darvin's on 12/5......that's still the plan, right? I will have to say that I am a little jealous of all of you folks who have parents close enough to babysit on a regular basis AND keep the kids overnight! I don't know that my mom has the energy to keep up with my youngest for more than a couple of hours!

I just want you to know too...there is a floor in Dakota's room, and it's the same size as Rey's...it's amazing what a few trash bags (six grande total from both rooms) will do for a kid's bedroom!!! Shar, I'm so glad you were w/us Sat, that you stayed over and the girls had time together. After the hustle and bustle of the holidays we need to get them together again.

Richie said too after you were gone how glad he was you stayed over...even if we all slept the AM away he said it was just nice being together. Hopefully we'll find some get together time over the holiday weekend. TSM, I can't speak for all, but I think the trip over is looking a bit doubtful. No one has confirmed anything. I think there is still interest, but no one taking the bull by the horns and it's getting awful close at this point. Maybe Cino can weigh in. Talked to Clifford yesterday and he seemed to still be interested, but I'm thinking Bill was contemplating alternate plans.

I am going up Sat morning and staying up there for work on Monday and Tuesday next week.If anyone else is going let me know. I will probably try to stay somewhere around the Plaza if there are still any rooms. Hope to see some Festus people going over.

Was looking like bill, scott, cohoon and I were gonna maybe swing over fri night or sat am, but not looking good right now. BPH was originally posed to be along but she bagged leaving me as the lone chic. I haven't ruled it out completely, but I also have tons of home projects and Xmas shopping I could get done on this long holiday weekend as well. Would love to visit w/you though. If anything changes, I'll let you know. i'm out for the evening kids...monitor is on the blink at home so until i get my brother's stone age monitor hooked up, no late night forum for this girl...not that there's been much of that lately anyway...have a good evening all. i'm outta here!!!

I would be interested in going to the Phoenix to hear them. I heard that I missed a very good time..., So bumbed.. John actually got called out around 8 or so to find a guy who they thought was smuggling drugs; anyway; I thought about calling someone to watch the boys but did not want to drive that far by myself... Anywho I WOULD LOVE to go Wednesday to the Phoenix or even to Darvin's or somewhere around here if anyone is not going to the Phoenix.. I am really ready for a night out with the gang again. Let me know.

I know holidays can be a pain trying to get together with both sides of the family but appreciate the time spent with them!!! On a sadder note I will probably be headed out of town again. But times are tough and you do what you have to remain employed. Anyone been to Greensboro NC. If all the permits go through Ill be there Dec. 1st. I have alot to do and spend as much time with my daughter as possible. That means my social plans are put on hold. Sorry all. Ill be there in spirit.

If I were to go, it wouldn't be until Friday evening, and truthfully, there are so many things that I need to do and this weekend is perfect for it...husband will be out of town hunting again after Thursday and my Mom and Mike will have the girls Wed evening and then again Saturday/Saturday night. I get so much more done when they're all out of the house. I'm so lucky my girls have such good grandparents. Just got off the phone w/Bill. Looking like we're losing him to an out of town job soon. :( Wishing everyone a Happy (and safe) Thanksgiving!!!
