I don't remember exactly when I first met Tim, but I know I remember him hack as far as I can recall when I first came to Festus in the 3rd grade. What stands out to me is that Tim always had a smile on his face and could make one laugh with ease. Tim was one of the good old boys who always seemed so glad to see you and make you feel welcome in his presence. Never a cross word or action, you could always count on that smile that is burned in my memory. Tim will be missed by his family and friends for the rest of our lives.
