Life's Work/Service/Interests: Dennis graduated from BYU on April 19, 1974 with a BS in Zoology. He attended Georgetown University and graduated in dentistry in 1978 (Cum Laude). In 1978-1980 he served the Navajo Tribe with Indian Health Services in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona. He worked his residency in Westminster, California for the Long Beach VA from 1980-1984, returning to Utah to practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon from 1984-2012. Dennis, an avid hunter and outdoorsman, also likes horses, owning the highest points quarter horse in the world in 2003. He equally enjoys all water sports, flying his own plane and developed a keen interest in aviation. Dennis Lester Dobson, passed away July 1, 2013, at 4:18 a.m. beside his wife, Maria; daughter, Julie and brother in law, Julius Borja; along with his nurse, Mary at their home in Orem, Utah.
