Utah native Connie Stewart Teare died of cancer, Saturday, June 1, 1996 at her home in San Ramon, California. Born August 24, 1949, Fillmore, Utah. She was 46.

The daughter of Calvin and Lorraine Stewart of Fillmore, Utah. She graduated from Millard High School, May 1967; attended the College of Southern Utah in Cedar City 1967 through 1969, with a degree in business. Was a member of Chi Sig. Up. Sorority. Married James L. Teare, August 24, 1969 in the Manti Temple. They have resided in California for 19 years. Both Connie and James have been active in the LDS Church there, holding many offices.Survivors include her husband, Dr. James L. Teare, DVM, of San Ramon; sons, Shawn, Cody and Joshua Teare, of San Ramon; daughters, Amanda and Alicia Teare, of San Ramon; her parents, Cal and Lorraine, of Fillmore, Utah; brother, Cole and his wife, Tamera and nephew, Jason, of Meadow, Utah.

Funeral services Thursday, June 6, in San Ramon, Calif. Burial and graveside services will be in Meadow, Utah, Saturday, June 8, 3 p.m.
