Lois Kaye Schrade, 38, of Flagstaff, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, the result of a tragic accident.

She was born Jan. 21, 1972, at Flagstaff Medical Center to Marjo and Al Schrade. She graduated from Coconino High School and attended Northern Arizona University. She was a spirited young lady who enjoyed music, was a loving daughter and sister, a mother who cared immensely about her children and a friend to many. Several years ago, Ms. Schrade worked at Flagstaff Medical Center as a nursing assistant. Her dream was to become a registered nurse.

Ms. Schrade is survived by three sons, Alex, 20, Kurt, 7, and Dylan, 5; daughter Kimberly, 14; parents Marjo and Al Schrade; sister Mary Anne Schrade; brother Wayne Schrade; and her ex-husband, Dan Brown.

She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Marjorie.
