Renee Cordova, 36, died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009.

She was born July 26, 1973, in Winslow, to Benny and Jane Cordova. She volunteered for a number of nonprofit organizations here in Flagstaff and was on the Coordinating Council of Mexican Affairs.

She is survived by her parents, Beeny J. and Jane Cordova; sister Cathy Garcia; and brother Joe Cordova.
