Nelson, Jeremiah "Bear" Of Grand Blanc, age 44, died unexpectedly on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at his home. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Steve Sutto officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. Inurnment of cremains to be put to rest privately at Flint Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Whaley Children's Center or North End Soup Kitchen. Visitation 12-8 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Jeremiah was born in Flint, Michigan on November 13, 1973, the son of Edward and Pamela (nee Booth) Nelson. He loved to socialize with friends, acted as a bouncer for many local bars and loved to sing karaoke. Surviving are parents, Pamela and Edward Nelson; sisters, Tracy (Marty) Jones and Meghann (Larry) Aremia; several beloved nieces, nephews and many good friends.
