Kelly Green (Graybill) Yea!! I thought about that! haha!! Oh well...what more do we have to do right? haha!! I'm 'sunk' too!! I've been working on this and have let my other things go by the wayside..in a bit of a panic now but once I get something on my mind..I have to do it and this was real important...wanted you all to love and enjoy it!!

Hello Family.....
I can't stay long this morning, in fact, I gotta get my war paint on and get to bowling alley.....this is 'bowling morning' for me...yahoo
We are having our Christmas party, tables laden with everything to nibble on but we can't take a gift until we get a strike...Sometimes that takes awhile.....

Lindsey Cunningham (Holt) Janice has called me once this morning...she is out hunting board games for the kids and looking for just the right one for each. I know the stores must be a madhouse right now--I am so glad I did most of my shopping online! I am interested to hear the one gift that each child just "had to have" this season. There is always one!

Janice, you should have called me, I could have hooked you up with affordable board games in not so big boxes at TJMaxx... Their stock is getting much lower than it was a few days ago.....Maybe a new truckload is coming in........

Come on, now, tell all, hahaha I'm down to the wire and gotta get those last minute things done this afternoon... Now do I dust the furniture with a cloth at this point or save my time and just blow it off, hahahahaha

Get you a housekeeper!! teehee! Mine come today and like you I am 'down to the wire' and am running like a maniac! But cleaning house is one thing I don't have to worry about doing as I know they will have it spotless for me today and in time for my Holiday Street Party on Sunday night!

Now...I can finish shopping...shop for food for the party...talk to Santa again and make sure he has everything...oh...I'm behind!! Yikes!

Hey there.....
Just checking in on the forum to see if any entries.....

Yesterday/last night we had our kids/grandkids Family Christmas at our house and most of them were here and really missed the ones that weren't able to come...

We had an absolute ball watching the little kids tear open their presents and playing with them...The adults played gift take-away(dirty santa) which is always so much fun
and we don't mind taking someone's gift..hahaha

The table groaned with so much food on it and it all tasted so good..thanks to everyone for bringing in the good dishes..yummy.........

Later...Anna and I are playing Apples to Apples and I gotta 'get in the game'.....

Back at you another time...

Kelly, let us know how the neighborhood party went tonight that you and Bob hosted......

Good Morning! I didn't get online at all yesterday..there is a funny story behind why but too much to tell...I'll just tell you this..I am on my laptop...can't get to my desk computer cause in the prep of my party..I 'hid' things behind my desk and there is so much there that I haven't had the energy to clear it all out to get to my desktop! haha!! Mother..I'm sure you know what I'm talking about! ha! I'll have to do it today though. haha

Dot Balentine (Green) Well, it is amazing to me how all of you with these big houses with lots of closet space still have to do the same things of 'hiding' stuff because you can't find a place to put it, ahaha And if I had all the counter space most of you have I would be in heaven about it, not counting all the storage you have in kitchens I have seen.

Okay, now, it is the middle of the night, Christmas Eve, and I am waiting to hear some sleigh bells ring!!!!!!!

Tonight Junior and I were at MH visiting with Mary and Deborah, Jeff, Victoria and Emme come in...We had been there awhile and I said we would be going and let them visit and Jeff asked well weren't we going to stay for Mary opening her present and I said, 'yes, I sure want to see it'....

The picture frame works perfectly and Mary is so happy with it and after she gets used to others sending her pictures and even movies, she is going to be amazed and be entertained and feel a good connection with everyone..I'm so excited for her and a big thank you to Jeff and Doug and a special thank you to Jeff taking the many hours, I am sure, getting the kinks out of getting the system set up...Deb, I'm sure you had a hand in getting the frame ready for Mary too...It is a great idea and Mary will be the talk of Mitchell-Hollingsworth having a picture frame that is connected to the internet..
Many thanks again and I know anyone that visits Mary will have to check it out........
