Carter A Shepard of Atlanta died November 21, 2010. Preceded in death by his daughter, Tara Tanner, survivors include his wife, Dixie Lee Shepard, daughter and son-in-law, Mindy and Dion Sevener, step-son, Thomas James Hare, grandchildren, Robin Isabell and Violet, brothers, Mike and Ralph Shepard, sisters, Mary Hood and Sue Karas. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 11th at 11 o'clock at Oglethorpe Hill Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, www.pancan.org, click donation.
