LEWIS, Daniel G. - Of Clio, age 59, died Monday, February 15, 2010 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Dan was born September 8, 1950 in Flint, Michigan to Gerald and Jane (MacKenzie) Lewis and lived in Clio the past 25 years. He married Wendy Rainey on December 31, 2009. Mr. Lewis retired from AT & T with 30 years seniority. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Clio and the Loyal Order of Moose. He loved deer hunting. Surviving are: wife, Wendy; children, Brett and Karrie; step children, David, Kim, Krystal and Carrie; six grandchildren; mother, Jane Lewis; sister, Cindy (Jerry) Spaw; brother, Fred (Peggy) Lewis; father-in-law, Scott (Kelly) Kelley; brother-in-law, Craig Kelley; sisters-in-law, Melanie (Al) Hobbs and Missy (Carl) Peters; several nieces and nephews.
