Vernon, Marjorie Joyce, of Flushing, age 65, died Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at her home. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Woodside Church, 1509 E. Court St., Flint. Rev. Jean Munro and Rev. Doug Vernon will officiate. Private burial will follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to The Music and Fine Arts Memorial Fund at Woodside Church.

Marjorie was born on November 6, 1945, the daughter of Ivan and Nellie Vernon. She is survived by her beloved cat, Mr. Mozart.
