It is with deep sadness we share the untimely passing of Kevin as a result of an unexpected health event. Kevin was the outstanding husband of Beverlee. Loving father of Tyler and Samuel. Beloved son of Norm and Joanne Ruch. Dear brother of Bryan Ruch and Colleen (Andy) Doll. Cherished son-in-law of Donald and the late Rosemary Podewils. Well-loved brother-in-law of Barbara (Randall) Nashleanas. Also lovingly remembered by other family, many friends and "all creatures". Kevin achieved his childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. He joined the Elmbrook Veterinary Clinic in his senior year and never looked back. He became co-owner of the clinic in 2013. He was a skilled surgeon and thorough vet. He will be missed by his many patients.A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 12, at Brookfield Christian Reformed Church (14135 W. Burleigh Rd.) from 3 p.m to 6 p.m. Additional visitation will be held on Monday, April 13, at the church from 10 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.followed by the service at 11:30 a.m. Becker Ritter Funeral Home serving the family, 262-782-5330.
