Penny was survived by a family who loved her very much, a beautiful daughter and many friends who are all touched by her and her loving and fun personality. She will be missed, the world lost a wonderful person.
I dont know everyone that Penny knew, and I am sure there are alot, she was a true social butterfly, she was never lacking in friends. I kept in touch with her after high school,and she is, who I considered one of my best friends... we always had fun together and I hope that when ever someone who knew her remembers her that they remember all the good times they had with her, I know I will, and please keep in touch with each other if you happen to still keep in touch with friends from school because to have a friendship last more than 20 years is something special especially after high school where we all tend to go our own ways.
