David J. Kolacia, 31, died June 8, 1994. 

David was born October 15, 1962 in Fort Dodge. He attended school at Holy Rosary School and graduated from St. Edmond High School in 1981. After graduation, he worked for Amercold and later for Kolacia Construction. For the past five years, he was employed at Automatic Service Center as a transmission specialist.

Survivors include his parents, Carl and Pauline, Fort Dodge; brothers, Carl "Bud", Fort Lauderdale, FL, Bill, Fort Dodge; sisters, Karen Ackerson, Rockwell City, Myrna Boekhout, Olwein, Anita Walstrom, Fort Dodge, and Linda Mericle, Fort Dodge.
