John was a kind-hearted person who would go out of his way to help anyone in need.  He was a professional pool player and had a great deal of respect for his friends and family.  John died December 26, 2001 of a heart attack.  He is survived by siblings Stan, Ivy, Vina and Richard.  John's home town was Fort McMurray.
